A Huawei Technologies Mozambique, Limitada está a recrutar um IT O&M Engineer para Maputo. Job Responsibilities Be responsible for the company’s IT O&M and assurance, covering multiple fields such as network, desktop, conference, and equipment room. Be proficient in TCP/IP network configuration and troubleshooting, and regularly carry out network and equipment room inspection drills. Provide comprehensive support for key conferences and quickly handle device problems. Efficiently resolve desktop software, system, and daily user faults. Manage IT equipment such as access control and printers and coordinate suppliers to ensure service delivery. Professional Knowledge Network: Have basic knowledge and troubleshooting experience, including TCP/IP network setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting. Desktop O&M: Have good desktop O&M capabilities. Be familiar with the handling of issues such as Outlook email, Office software, and low-level formatting. IT Equipment O&M: Have access control, printer O&M, and supplier coordination capabilities to ensure timely delivery of suppliers’ contracts and services. Electric Power: Have a basic command of the basic principles and structured cabling of UPSs in the equipment room. Have the inspection and maintenance capabilities. Skills and Competencies Excellent communication skills. Positive attitude. Quality-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure. Active and responsible. Excellent learning and problem-solving skills. Basic Requirements Have at least a bachelor’s degree. Have 2 to 5 years of experience in IT-related work, such as network operation and maintenance. Full availability to work. Language Requirements Fluent in English (spoken and written). Chinese language skills are an advantage but not mandatory.
